Say hello to Miss Widget!

Widget is a goofy little puppy who seems to have been assembled entirely from the cutest spare parts. She has BIG OL’ GOOSE FEET, the shortest stubby legs, floppy ears, a silly smile, and sometimes her eyes appear to be headed in completely different directions. She’s still figuring out how all those legs and feet are supposed to work together, so the occasional puppy tumble is definitely part of the Widget experience.

Widget recently transferred to FDHS from a very overcrowded shelter for her second chance at life, and she has already become a staff favorite. She is literally SO sweet and gentle, and loves people and other animals. She’s still working on her house manners and leash confidence – but with some patience and encouragement, this goofy girl is going to be an amazing little companion.
