Meet Victor, a sweet little kitten who’s looking for his forever home! He and his sister Emily were recently surrendered to FDHS, and now they’re ready for a fresh start with families who will love them forever.

Victor is still adjusting to life at the shelter—it’s all a bit new and scary for him right now—but he’s slowly warming up to the kind staff here. With a little patience and love, Victor will come out of his shell and show his playful, affectionate side.
