Tillie is a teeny weenie Chihuahua mix who came to us as a “stray” along with several other dogs who look similar. It’s clear these sweet babies were likely dumped, and it breaks our hearts to think someone could discard them like trash. We promised Tillie that from now on, she will only know love, patience, and safety.

Despite her tiny size, Tillie has shown what a brave girl she is. The shelter can be overwhelming when you weigh less than a cat. There are lots of loud sounds, strange smells, and constant activity, but she has handled all of the big changes so well. Our staff and volunteers have been completely smitten with her sweet nature and her willingness to trust humans despite everything she has been through.

Tillie is full of curiosity and cuteness. She loves being near people and soaking up the love, whether it’s some soft pets, a cozy lap, or quiet moments snuggled up together. She has a calm, loving demeanor that will make her the perfect companion for someone looking for a small dog to cuddle, spoil, and adore.

While we don’t know much about her past, we know her future is incredibly bright. Tillie is ready to leave the shelter behind and step into a life filled with love and good vibes. We just know there is a person out there who will fall head over heels for this tiny little angel.
