Lacey is a gorgeous lil’ lady who recently came to FDHS as an owner surrender through no fault of her own. We were told she is right around a year old, and this tricolored wigglebutt is ALL about the good vibes and booty wiggles. And those adorable little orange eyebrows? We are absolutely swooooooning!

We’re still getting to know Lacey, but we’ve already learned that she prefers a calmer environment where she can take things at her own pace. She was used to spending all day, every day with her previous owner, so adjusting to shelter life has been a pretty big change for her. Once she’s out of the kennel and spending time one-on-one with her people, her true personality really starts to shine. She is sweet, well-mannered and just an all-around lovely girl.

Lacey is also still very much a puppy and may need some help remembering that she is, in fact, NOT a tiny lap dog. She can be strong on leash and would benefit from brushing up on her leash manners. She keeps a clean kennel, so we suspect she is housebroken as well! We were told that Lacey is not a good fit for a home with cats or other small animals. She would also need slow, thoughtful introductions to any resident dogs.

Lacey has a lot of love to give and we know the right home is out there waiting for her!
