Meet baby Bud!

Bud is a scruffy mixed-breed pup who came to FDHS a few weeks ago after being transferred from a much larger shelter in Indiana that was dealing with emergency flooding. Bud needed a safe place to land, and we were more than happy to welcome this adorable guy!

After getting to know him, we can confidently say that Bud is an absolute delight. He is sweet, playful, and seems to think everyone he meets is his new best friend. He’s still very much a puppy, so he has plenty of curiosity, zoomies, and puppy brain happening upstairs. He’ll need a little help brushing up on his basic obedience and manners, but luckily, Bud is VERY interested in pleasing his people. He’s also highly snack motivated, which we’re pretty sure is going to make him an A+ student.

Bud is ready for a home that’s prepared for all the fun, chaos, and adorable nonsense that comes with a puppy. Give this cutie some guidance, some snacks, and a whole lot of love and we think you’re going to have one pretty fantastic dog on your hands.

 

This scruffy little sweetheart is Bud!

Bud is a newer face around the FDHS kennels after being transferred from an Indiana shelter that was dealing with some major flooding and needed a helping hand. We were happy to welcome this little guy to Ohio!

Bud is still just a puppy, which means he comes fully equipped with good vibes, endless booty wiggles, and the most ridiculously adorable scruffy beard. Seriously, that face is going to be someone’s downfall.

But Bud is more than just a cute face. He has a fantastic personality and seems to make friends with absolutely everyone he meets. He has been a total joy for our staff to handle and is impressively well mannered for such a young pup.

With his friendly personality and easygoing attitude, we think Bud could fit beautifully into all sorts of homes. His future family is going to have a whole lot to love!
