Hey there, I’m Bones! I’m a German Shorthaired Pointer and, according to everyone at FDHS, a total heartbreaker. I was found wandering around on my own, and to everyone’s surprise, nobody ever came to claim me. Their loss, right?
I’ve been soaking up all the love and attention here, and honestly, who could blame them? I’ve got soft velvety ears, the prettiest eyes, and little leg freckles that everyone keeps talking about. Apparently, I’m quite the looker.
I’m a smart, energetic guy who loves to explore and stay busy. I’ll admit, I’ve tried to climb a fence or two just to see what’s out there, so I’ll need someone who can keep an eye on me when I’m outside. I walk nicely on a leash and have been super sweet with all the staff and volunteers.
I haven’t met any cats yet, and I’d need slow introductions with other dogs and animals to make sure everyone gets along.
