Everyone, meet Hunter!

Hunter is an adorable young Doodle who recently came to FDHS through no fault of his own. This playful pup is curious about the big world around him and is excited to keep learning and growing.

Hunter didn’t have much socialization or exposure prior to arriving at the shelter, so he is still adjusting to all the new sights, sounds, and experiences that come with shelter life. While he’s still working on his leash manners, he has been making progress every single day!

Hunter can be a little shy when meeting new people, but a gentle voice and a few tasty treats are all it takes to win him over. Once he feels comfortable, his sweet and goofy personality starts to shine. He has previously lived with other animals and would likely do well in a home with furry companions. Hunter also has experience living with children and could make a wonderful addition to many different types of families.

As a Doodle, Hunter’s fluffy curls will require regular grooming appointments and routine brushing at home to keep him looking and feeling his best.

Hunter has such a bright future ahead of him, and now all he needs is a family to share it with. He is officially accepting adoption applications and can’t wait to meet his perfect match!
