Anubis is a big, scruffy Doodle on the hunt for his forever home! This guy recently came to us after being surrendered alongside his buddy Abu (also available!), through no fault of their own.

He’s really sweet, but he does need a little time to warm up to new people. After spending his whole life in a home since puppyhood, the shelter has been a big adjustment for him. That said, once he trusts you, he will literally be your biggest fan. He’s even made his best friend in our Animal Care Director, and in general seems to open up more quickly with men.

Food is absolutely the key to his heart. Anubis is highly treat motivated and loves a good snack session. We’re working on leash skills day by day, and he’s proving to be a quick learner with the right encouragement.

This boy has so much potential and is just waiting for the right person to help him become the best dog he can be. He’s now accepting applications for his perfect match.
