Meet Punkin, and boy does her name fit because she’s the sweetest lil’ punkin around!

This adorable girl was found running loose near Ney, OH, and some folks brought her safely to FDHS. Since arriving, Punkin has been an absolute angel for our staff. She’s a younger pup with an affectionate personality and just a hint of shyness when meeting new people or encountering new situations. With a little patience, love, and socialization in a home of her own, we know she’s going to blossom into the very best girl.

Punkin hasn’t seemed to mind the other dogs here at the shelter and would likely do well in many types of family environments. She’s cute, cuddly, and ready to lay claim to someone’s couch!
