Hi, I’m Kenai!

I’m just a little Husky mix trying to figure out this big, wide world. I don’t know how I ended up here at FDHS, but I’m starting to realize it might be the place where everything changes for me.

I didn’t have a lot of practice being around people or walking on a leash before I got here, so I’m still a bit unsure about it all. But every single day, I get a little braver. The nice humans here are showing me how good cuddles feel, how fun walks can be, and how safe I really am. I’m even starting to wag my tail more when I see them!

I came in with my brother, Koda (he’s here too!), but now I’m hoping for a family of my very own—someone patient and kind who will help me grow into the best version of myself. I’m just a pup, so I still need guidance, love, and a little time to learn how to be the goodest boy ever. I promise I’ll make it worth it.

They say I’m probably fully grown, which makes me the perfect size to take on all your adventures or curl up for some snuggles. I may start off shy, but once you earn my trust, you’ll have my whole heart forever.
