Meet Max!
This handsome hunk of hound was recently surrendered to us after he got into some trouble with the farm animals in his previous home. Max is as sweet as pie…he just happens to be a huge fan of chicken…and not in the friendly way. Max does great with kids, other dogs and is also pretty indifferent to cats.
Max needs some work on his leash manners but he’s a quick learner, especially when treats are involved! He has a strong desire to please his people and is happiest when someone is rubbing those long, floppy ears and telling him he’s a good boy. He’s only been with us for a short time and we are still getting to know his personality!
